I am Nathan Hartman, and I am running for Fort Wayne City Council District 3. I will bring a fresh perspective to the City Government. Fort Wayne has many challenges that we need to face. The role of the city should always be to excel at the basic functions of Government first and exceed the expectation of its residents by providing excellent services.

No Fields Found.Roads should be fixed, trash should be picked up, and safety of its residents should be first. Many challenges also need to be addressed head-on. We need to keep taxes low and bring better jobs to our community. I believe strongly in less regulation and red tape for small businesses, fully funding our police and fire services, and investing in our local infrastructure. We need to hold our local government accountable and reduce the control of the federal government in our community. The people of Fort Wayne should have the freedom to achieve their own goals and dreams. We need to be good stewards of the city and promote pro-growth policies for future generations so we can ensure a better tomorrow for everyone. We need to protect the Legacy funds and reduce debt, so the city has the resources to act during a crisis. We need to keep taxes low, reduce government regulations, and allow Fort Wayne to thrive. We need to reduce the burdensome weight of taxes and promote the continued growth of local businesses. This will ensure a growing and more prosperous Fort Wayne.
